COLLATERAL USAGE
By being an affiliate with The Golden Secrets, The Golden Secrets will own the copyright to all content and briefing materials provided to the affiliate during the term of this agreement. The Golden Secrets grants Affiliates the right to use approved The Golden Secrets assets that we offer in our Google Drive solely to promote The Golden Secrets and not for any other purposes or in support of other brands. You are also hereby granting The Golden Secrets the right to use the content you have created for the purposes of promoting The Golden Secrets in The Golden Secrets' various marketing channels, website, emails, SMS and mailers. Influencer grants The Golden Secrets a royalty-free license for all branded media developed during the duration of this partnership, giving The Golden Secrets the rights to:
Organically share to all social media platforms, The Golden Secrets website, and online advertising.
Use in The Golden Secrets digital, email, or text message communications
Use in The Golden Secrets official retailers' social platforms, websites, digital, email, or text messages.
Upon termination of this Agreement, Affiliate must cease usage of all The Golden Secrets content and assets, which may include removal of the previously published content.
You and THE GOLDEN SECRETS may each terminate this Agreement in writing at any time, for any reason. Termination will be effective 30 days from the date of such notice.
In order to remain an active affiliate, you must post monthly and have at least one sale per month.
You must disclose to your audience that you are an affiliate and earn commission on sales to be in compliance with FTC guidelines. We recommend having an affiliate disclosure policy on your website and stating clearly on your website, blogs, and anywhere you share affiliate links that you earn commission on affiliate links.
